1. The hot water boiler should pay attention to the following points during operation:
(1) The furnace is not allowed to smoke positive pressure combustion, because it is easy to burn the coal door, the fire door and the arc protective pipe brick.
(2) If the induced draft fan vibrates violently, it should be stopped for inspection, which is generally caused by the wear of the internal impeller and should be replaced.
(3) Water cannot be accumulated on the ground plane at the bottom of the hot water boiler to prevent moisture from corroding the base.
3. After the operation of the hot water boiler every 3-6 months, the furnace should be stopped for comprehensive inspection and maintenance. In addition to the above 2 work, the following work must be carried out:
⑴. Remove the scale and mud inside the drum, the water wall and the left and right collection box, and rinse it with clean water.
(2) Remove the smoke scale and coal ash on the fire surface of the water wall pipe and the boiler drum.
(3) Check whether there is corrosion inside and outside the welded steel plate of the boiler, if there are serious defects, it should be repaired immediately, if the defects are not serious, it can be repaired when the next furnace stop, if suspicious, but does not affect the safety of production, should be recorded for future reference.
(4) After the inspection, boiler paint can be applied on the burning surface to prevent corrosion.
(5) Check whether the rolling shaft of the induced draft fan is normal, and the wear degree of the impeller and shell.
(6) If necessary, remove the furnace wall and outer mask shell, moisturizing layer, etc., for thorough inspection. If it is found that there are serious damaged parts, they must be repaired before they can continue to use, and the inspection results and repair conditions will be filled in the boiler operation register.
